Fly Me To The Moon

Our honeymoon that is! We leave tomorrow morning for St. John and will be gone the next week. Maybe if my phone works I'll send a few pics to the blog. Here's a peak at a few essentials for the trip...

Food wise there are Luna bars, Crispy Cats bars, primal strips, nuts, sesame sticks, and a bag of clementines (not pictured). A vegan has to be prepared. There's also sunblock, a bathing suit, and some books that I've been wanting to read (The Good Good Pig, Mad Cowboy, and Making a Killing). See yall in a week!

I hear you about being prepared as a vegan. My family and I are going to Mexico in a couple of weeks and I'm already planning on what snacks I'll be taking for the trip.

Tell me whether or not those books are any good because I've actually been wanting to read them too! Right now I'm reading Food Revolution so once I'm done with that, I'll probably move on to some other vegan-related book.

Looks like you're well-prepared (unlike myself, who is never prepared for trips!). Hope you are having a great time!

I'm starting to miss the vegan noodle. Hope the honeymoon is fantastic! Did I tell you I made that fudge? Wow. It was sooooo easy and delicious. The second time I made it I used coconut milk and it was even better like that. Thanks to you (and your ma) for the recipe link!

I'm finally getting around to reading this but I hope you had fun! We went to St. John for our honeymoon too - in 1998. We stayed at Maho Bay and had a great time.
